Return Policy

 

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, returns will be accepted within 30 days of receipt.

 

Nu Aura eGift Cards are not returnable and may not be redeemed for cash or credit except where required by law.

 

Credit will be issued to the original form of payment for the amount of the item plus sales tax. All eGift card refunds will be processed to a new eGift card that will be sent to the customer’s original email. Shipping is not included in refunds. The credit will appear on your bank statement within 10-14 business days.

 

Returns by Mail

 

To return your Nu Aura online purchase by mail, please note the reason for your return on the front side of your packing slip and send the product(s) back to us.

 

Once your return has reached the warehouse, please allow up to 12 business days for processing. Empty containers will not be accepted for refund. You will receive a Return Confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
